Terms of Service for BlendedCal

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of BlendedCal (“Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Also, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

BlendedCal provides a service that allows users to input calendar URLs (.ics files) and mix and match events into new calendar URLs that can be subscribed to or shared. It also generates webpages from those events that can be shared with other people.

3. User Data

BlendedCal only uses your data to provide the Service. We do not sell, rent, or lease your data to third parties. Your data is used solely to facilitate the creation of custom calendar URLs and event webpages.

4. Changes to Terms

BlendedCal reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Service is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. BlendedCal encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BlendedCal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

This Terms of Service agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
